摘  要:目的:探讨氧自由基(OFR)在大鼠急性氧中毒发生过程中的作用及其机理。方法:采用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术检测大鼠肺组织内OFR含量,同时观察了实验组动物急性氧中毒发作时的潜伏期变化。结果:在高压氧(HBO)暴露组的大鼠肺内OFR含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);VitC-HBO惊厥组和VitE-HBO惊厥组发生急性氧中毒时的潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:HBO环境能增加动物肺内OFR含量;OFR参与了急性氧中毒过程;SOD。Aim:To study the effect of oxygen free radicals(OFR) on the occurrence and process of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) induced convulsions and the possible mechanism involved. Methods: 105 male SD rats were randomized into 10 groups(10 ̄11 in each group): the normal pressure air group A, the normoxic hyperbaric nitrogen group B, the HBO group C, the vit CHBO group D, the vit EHBO group E, the SODHBO group F,the HBOconvulsions group G, the Vit CHBOconvulsions group H, the Vit EHBOconvulsions group I and the SODHBO convulsions group J. The contents of OFR in the lung of rats in each group after respective exposure treatments were measured by means of electron spin resonance(ESR) technique. The latent period of oxygen convulsions for all the experimental groups were also observed. Results: The contents of OFR in the lung of rats in HBO exposed groups were significantly higher than that in the control group A(P<001). The latent period of oxygen convulsions for the group H and group I were obviously prolonged(P<001). Conclusion: The OFR contents in the lung of rats could be increased by HBO exposure, and OFR was found to be involved in the process of oxygen convulsions. SOD, vitamin C and vitamin E have certain effect of clearing OFR in the lung of rats.
