摘  要:运用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法,测定溶液中丝胶蛋白的质量浓度来研究不同处理方法对茧层丝胶溶解性的影响,研究结果表明:不同处理蚕茧茧层丝胶溶解规律相同,都随温度的升高而增大,70℃以下时溶解度较小,70℃以上时溶解度急剧增加;溶解速度对时间的关系表明,当温度超过70℃时初期丝胶溶解速度快,后期丝胶溶解速度慢。低于70℃条件下,前后期溶解速度差异不大;冻茧茧层丝胶最易溶解,其次为鲜茧,光波处理茧溶解性较差,干茧最差。This paper studied the influence of different process for dissolution of the cocoon sericin by measuring the mass concentration of sericin protein with Coomassie Breiliant Blue G-250. The analysis results shown: The solubility law of the cocoon sercin are the same under different process, the solubility is higher while the temperature higher, the solubility is lower when the temperature is below 70℃, but the solubility is greatly improved when the temperature is above 70℃; The relatitonship between dissolve rapidity and time shown: It is above 70℃ that sericin dissolved quickly at the beginning but slowly at last. Below 70℃, the sericin dissolving speed not change along with the time; The sequence of the solvency is as: the No. 1 is the frozen cocoon sericin, the 2nd is the fresh cocoon sericin, the 3rd is the cocoon eradiated by light-wave, the last one is the dry cocoon.
