摘  要:江苏金浦北方氯碱化工有限公司将4万t/a烧碱的氯气处理工艺由泡沫筛板塔干燥及纳氏泵输送工艺改为填料塔加泡罩塔双塔串联干燥及透平压缩机输送工艺,并与6万t/a烧碱的氯气处理装置连接在一起。设计中进行了设备选址的优化、氯水及酸循环系统的优化、氯水冷却系统的优化、氯气输送系统的优化、运行质量监控的优化。新生产工艺每年可节电189.4万kW·h,生产1t烧碱硫酸消耗下降5~8kg;氯气损失减少,产品质量提高。The chlorine gas treatment process for 40 kt/a caustic soda production in Jiangsu GPRO North Chlor - Alkali Co. , Ltd. was transformed,i, e. transfer by nasb pumps into two drying towers in series composed of a packed tower and a bubble - cap tower were substituted for a foam sieve plate drying tower and turbine transfer compressors were substituted for nash transfer pumps, and the facility was connected with the chlorine gas treatment facility for 60 kt/a caustic soda production. The equipment loca- tion, the recycle system of chlorine water and acid, the system of chlorine water cooling, the system of chlorine gas transfer, and the monitor and control of running condition were optimized during design. After adopting the new process, 1. 894 million kW·h of power could be saved per year, the consumption of sulfuric acid could be saved by 5 - 8 kg per 1 ton of caustic soda, the loss of chlorine gas was reduced and the quality of products was improved.
