摘 要:为了明确灰霉病菌对新型杀菌剂啶菌恶唑的敏感性和该药剂与其它杀菌剂的交互抗性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定河北省不同地区的95个灰霉菌菌株对啶菌恶唑的敏感性,并测定11个相对敏感菌株和3个相对抗性菌株对啶菌恶唑、嘧霉胺、速克灵、多菌灵和苯醚甲环唑的敏感性。结果表明,灰霉菌菌株间对啶菌恶唑的敏感性差异显著,EC50值在0.0693~3.0578μg/mL之间,平均为0.2045μg/mL,其中3个灰霉菌株EC50值分别为平均EC50值的7.97、13.06和14.95倍;啶菌恶唑与上述不同作用机制杀菌剂之间的相关系数很低,不存在交互抗性。在无药PDA培养基上继代培养11代后,3个相对抗性菌株的敏感性明显提高,表明其抗药性不能稳定遗传。Ninety-five isolates of Botrytis cinerea collected from different regions of Hebei were tested by measuring mycelial growth rate in order to explicit the sensitivity of Botrytis cinerea to novel fungicide SYP-Z048. Sensitivity of 11 relatively sensitive isolates and 3 relatively resistant isolates to SYP-Z048, pyrimethanil, proeymidone, carbendazim, and difenoconazole was determined by the same method to make sure that it existed cross resistance or not between SYP-Z048 and other diverse active mechanism fungicides. There were significantly difference in sensitivity of isolates, EC50 values ranged from 0. 0693 μg/mL to 3. 0578 μg/mL. The mean ECso value was 0.2045 μg/mL. EC50 values of 3 isolates were 7.97, 13.06, 14.95 folds of the mean EC50 value separately. The linear regression showed that there were no positively-correlated cross resistance between SYP-Z048 and other diverse active mechanism fungicides. Moreover the correlation coefficient is low. The sensitivities of 3 relatively resistant isolates can' t maintain their resistance descendiblity stability and heighten significantly after 11 successive incubation on the fungicide free of PDA.
