摘　　要：综述了国内外干旱半干旱地区雨水资源利用技术在林业上应用的历史和现状,阐述了高效集水、有效保墒方面的技术,并对其进行了相应的评价,提出现有技术中存在的问题及主要发展方向。This paper summed up the history and current status of research and application of rainwater resources utilization technologies for forestry in arid and semiarid regions at home and abroad. The main high-efficient technologies for water-harvesting afforestation and water-keeping were expounded and evaluated. Meanwhile, the main problems and development trend were put forward.
