摘　　要：为了缓解全球气候变暖过程,国际社会做出了不懈努力。世界各国积极参与林业碳汇项目。文中在介绍国内外碳基金发展现状的基础上,分析了绿色碳基金筹资渠道,提出推动绿色碳基金发展的对策建议。The international communities tried their best to alleviate the global wanning. All of countries took part in the forestry carbon sequestration projects. The ways of fund collection were analyzed based on the current development of carbon fund in domestic and foreign countries, and the countermeasures were put forward to promote the development of the Green Carbon Fund.
