摘　　要：通过对德国巴伐利亚州及周边地区11个林业经营实体的森林演替、生长现状、存在的问题、采取对策的介绍与分析,从一个侧面直观地反映了德国的近自然林业实践,提出了立足我国天然次生林资源丰富的国情,积极推广乡土树种、谨慎使用引进树种、大力开展封山育林、探索中国近自然林业经营方法的建议。This paper intuitively gives an introduction of Close to Nature Forestry in analyzing the forest succession, actual growth, existing problems and Germany by in 11 forest management districts of Bavaria, Germany and neighbouring countries. Based on China＇s rich resources of natural secondary forest, it is proposed that the indigenous species should be actively promoted, that the introduced species should be prudently used, and that forest closures should be firmly developed in order to explore suitable close-to-nature forest management methods in China.
