摘　　要：文章论述了网络环境下用户需求的特点,总结了基于用户需求不断变化的图书馆的服务模式,探讨了网络环境下图书馆服务的创新。This article discusses the features of user information needs under network environment, and summarizes the library service models based on user needs changing. It further explores the innovation of the library service under network environment.
