摘　　要：现代信息技术的发展,有力地推动着图书馆向自动化、数字化、网络化的方向发展,同时,也使大学图书馆为用户服务的方式经历着巨大的变革,学科馆员由此应运而生。本文论述了学科馆员的产生、发展、岗位职责,学科馆员的素质及提高学科馆员素质应采取的措施。Modem information technical development,push library toward automation,numeral to turn emoUiently,the network turn of direction development,also make in the meantime the university library is a customer service of the way career wear huge change, subject librarians is to emerge with the tide of the times from here. This text discussed the subject librarians＇ s creation, development ,the post job, the subject librarians＇ s character andthe exaltation subject librarians＇ s character should adopt of measure.
