中美两国国家信息实力之比较

摘　　要：本文在概括介绍国家信息实力的基础上,从信息资源、信息化技术与产业、信息化人才、信息基础设施、信息政策法规等方面对中美两国的信息实力进行比较,分析我国信息化建设中存在的问题,并就解决方法和对策展开探讨。On the basis of introducing the concept, this paper makes a comparative study on the information strength between China and U. S. from the aspects of information resources, information - based technology, industry and talents, information infrastructure, information policies and regulations, and then, analyses the present problem in China. In the end, the writer also puts forward several methods and counter plans to result the problem.
