摘　　要：本文研究了军队疗养院全成本院科级核算子系统的主要功能。提出了院科级成本核算的业务范围、管理功能平台、运行管理流程的内容与方法;分析了科级核算子系统实现科室收入与成本支出的所有数据归集;开发实现了全成本核算管理信息平台与会计核算系统之间的双向数据同步。Describes the main functions of the sub-system for hospital and department total-cost accounting. Proposes the business scopes of hospital and department accounting, the management function platform and the content and method of operation management flow. And analyzes collection process of all the data on income and cost in the sub-system of department accounting, which implements two-way data sync between total-cost accounting management information platform and financial accounting system.
