电子血压计及监护仪中血压检测不准确原因的探讨

摘　　要：对电子血压计及监护仪的无创血压检测与普通水银血压计进行了对比测试,分析并探讨了其检测数值不稳定、准确性不高的原因。提出了采用电子听诊器、与脉率同步的新算法、器件直接集成在袖带等改进方法。Compares the measure methods of electronic sphygmomanometer and multi- parameter monitor with the ordinary mercury sphygmomanometer. Analyzes the reasons of its unsteady and less accuracy, And puts forward some improvement methods, i.e. electronic stethoseope; new calculating method of measurement with pulse synchronous; measuring deviee integrated in cuff.
