五种IUD在农村妇女使用中的有效性、安全性研究

摘　　要：为指导农村妇女选择使用IUD提供科学依据,采用密封信封随机分配法分别给农村妇女放置TCu220C、TCu380A、宫Cu300、宫型环、VCu200宫内节育器各100例,进行5年前瞻性临床对比研究,用Tietze-Potter生命表法计算每百妇女的粗累积续用率和各种原因停用率。结果显示:最适合农村妇女使用的是TCu220C,其次是VCu200,再次之依次是宫Cu300、TCu380A和宫型环。The clinical study was conducted to compare the 5 kinds of IUDs ( TCu220c, TCu380A, uterine cavity shaped device Cu300 , uterine cavity shaped device and VCu200) used by rural women during 5 years, and altogether 500 cases were randomly divided into 5 groups by sealed envelop (100 case each). The gross cumulative rates of use and rates of termination due to some kinds of reasons of per 100 women were made according to the life - table method. Result shows that the best type adapted to rural women in TCu220C, better one is VCu200, and others separately was uterine cavity shaped device Cu300., TCu380A and uterine cavity shaped de-vice.
