摘 要:500kV江阴长江大跨越线路导、地线采用了阻尼线加防振锤的联合防振方案,导线还充分利用阻尼式间隔棒来消振,OPGW地线设计时采用双花边阻尼线防振方案。后发现OPGW高频端固定阻尼线的线夹盖板脱落并磨损护线条,后来补充的减震措施(在直线档高频段加装了一截阻尼线)效果也不理想。针对此缺陷情况采取的措施包括:及时消缺及加强巡视检测;采取固定阻尼线线夹螺栓防松措施;单根较长阻尼线防振效果比采用双根较短阻尼线要好,可以参考地线对OPGW地线的防振方案进行技改;安装现场测振系统,建立大跨越测振档案,调整振动系统,保证大跨越防振系统安全稳定运行。Conductor and ground wire vibration prevention for Jiangyin 500 kV Yangtze-River-crossing line uses damping wire combined with damper scheme, which uses damped spacers and double damping wires for conductor and OPGW vibration prevention, respectively. It was founded later that clamp cover board to fasten damping wire on OPGW high frequency side fell off, abraded wire protector and the added damping measures (by adding damping wire on high frequency end) are not effective. Solutions to these defects include: strengthening patrol and inspection; using locking mechanism for bolts for damping wire clamp; single long damping wire is more effective than that of shorter double, technical modification of OPGW vibriation prevention scheme can be carried out by referencing ground wire scheme; installing on-site vibration measurement system, establishing large span vibration files, and adjusting vibration system to ensure safe vibration prevention operation.
