摘  要:2008年7月22日浙江宁波地区500kV河姆变电站发生了站用电低压电缆着火事故,由于事故发生在"奥运保电"期间,引起了各方高度重视,因各方及时应对处理得当,事故损失限制在了最小范围内。文章通过对事故原因的分析,提出变电站低压配电设计应注意的细节,总结了设计、运行、施工、建设管理工作中应汲取的经验和教训,防止类似事故的发生。An auxiliary low voltage power cable fire accident occurred in 500 kV Hemu Substation on July 22nd, 2008 in Ningbo area, Zhenjiang Province. Because it happened during Olympic Game period, the accident attracted great attention from many parties of authorities. Thanks to timely response and proper handling, the loss is limited to minimum. Through causes investigation of the accident, details to which should not be overlooked in substation low voltage distribution design are presented, and lessons that should be learned to design, operation, construction, and construction management are also explained. The authors hope that similar accident can be avoided through present investigation.
