摘  要:锅炉灭火是火力发电厂最常见的事故,其发生率占到了电厂事故的60%~70%。由于以前使用的机、炉、电大联锁中,使用的是停炉停机联锁,锅炉灭火后汽轮机联跳,发电机主开关断开,失去与电网的连接,需重新启动后再并网运行。事故处理过程繁琐且需要的时间长,与电网的稳定需求是不相匹配的。所以大唐信阳华豫发电有限责任公司采用了停炉不停机的方式,使锅炉灭火后汽机不跳闸,发电机不解列,在极短的时间内恢复电力生产,其恢复时间短,操作步骤较简单,但是对运行人员的操作水平要求高。Boiler fire-extinguishing, which is the most common accident in thermal power plants, accounts for 60%-70% of total accident rate. Since boiler-down-and-turbine-down interlock mechanism, i.e., turbine skips after boiler shut-down, then generator main switch is disconnected from grid, is used in previous turbine-boiler-generator interlock loop, restart is needed before reconnecting to the grid. Accident handling procedure is long and tedious, which mismatch stability requirement of the grid. Therefore, Datang Xinyang Huayu Power Generation Co., Ltd., adopts a procedure that shuts down boiler without shutting down the turbine, i.e., boiler fire-extinguishing without turbine tripping and generator still connects to grid. It restores generation in a very short time and is simple to follow, but requires more skillful operators.
