摘　　要：技术性贸易壁垒是广泛存在于当今国际贸易中,又能很好地隐藏于WTO规则之下无形的贸易壁垒。中国在同欧盟的园艺产品贸易中也遭遇了较严重的该壁垒。本文首先通过简单的博弈模型探讨了欧盟实施技术壁垒的动因,接着对其负面效应进行了分析,最后提出突破技术壁垒的建议。Technical Barriers to Trade are widesprea d in today＇s international trade,but also a invisible trade barriers hiding under the WTO rules. Sino -EU trades of horticultural products have also experienced serious barriers. This paper discusses the cause of EU technical barriers implementation games by a simple game model firstly, then analyses its negative ef fects, and break gives some proposal to break through technical barriers at last.
