摘　　要：农村金融市场的改革与发展是解决"三农"问题的关键所在,也是目前我国经济社会发展中理论界和实务界最为关注的课题之一。我国的农村金融体制改革已取得明显成效,但仍存在一定问题。本文旨在通过对我国农村金融体制改革现状的剖析,指出其问题所在,并提出相应的解决措施。The rural financial market reform and development is the key to solve the ＂three rural＂ ,and it is one of issues for China＇s economic and social development of the theory and practical. China＇s rural financial system reform has achieved significant results, but there are still some problems. This article is aimed at China＇s rural financial system analysis of the status quo, pointing out its problems, and propose solutions.
