摘　　要：地方财政担负着为本行政区域提供公共物品与服务的责任,一旦运行不好,极易导致政府收入减少、费用或损失上升,使地方政府面临财政风险,引发经济和社会危机。目前,在我国一些地方,尤其是西部欠发达地区,财政风险日渐显著,如何有效地对其进行防范和化解就成了一个值得关注的问题。本文拟通过对甘肃省地方财政风险的特点和形成原因的简要分析,试图提供一些防范和化解风险的对策。The local financial burdens the local-bas ed regional executive for the provision of public goods and services, when the poor operation happening would reduce the government revenue, and increase costs or losses, and then local governments face financial risks, leading economic and social crisis. At present,in some place of China, especially in the less developed western region, the financial risk is significantly increasing, how to effectively guard against and defuse them has become a matter of concern. This paper through the research and analysis on characteristics and reasons of financial risk in Gansu Province, and attenmt to find a strategy to guard and defuse against risk of local financial.
