摘　　要：建立专业的担保机构为中小企业提供信用担保,是世界各国解决中小企业融资问题的贯常做法。国外信用担保成功运作的历史经验表明,法制化是中小企业信用担保业生存和发展的重要保证。当前,制定中小企业信用担保法律体系是我国信用担保业发展的现实需要。The establishment of professional security agencies to provide credit guarantee for small and medium enterprises, is the world＇s nations to address the financing of small and medium enterprises through regular practice. Foreign credit guarantee the success ful operation of the Historical experience shows that the legal system of small and medium enterprises, credit guarantee for the survival and development of the industry, an important guarantee. At present, the development of SME credit guarantee for China＇s legal system, credit guarantee the practical needs of industry.
