摘　　要："馎饦"最早出现在南北朝,敦煌文献里使用比较频繁。今西北地区方言有"饽饦儿"、"圪饦儿"、"麻食(子)",它们都源于"馎饦"。从"馎饦"的用字情况及出现时代考察,它可能为外来词,但是"馎饦"这种面食并非来自外来民族。"馎饦"在不同时期加工制作上可能有所不同。The word botuo, first appeared in Northern and Southern Dynasties and was frequently used in Dunhuang literatures. The words botuor, getuor, and mashi（麻食） appeared in the literatures of the Northwest Dialect. These words were all derived from the word botuo. Based on the usage of Chinese characters and the time they appeared, this paper conclud word. But this kind of noodle does not come from foreign nationaliti ing methods in history. es that botuo could well be a loan es. It may have different process
