摘　　要：X-Server是MetaLib/SFX为便于用户进行二次开发而提供的接口。在阐述X-Server整体框架及调用机制基础上,具体介绍中国医学科学院医学信息研究所/图书馆"一站式"医学信息服务平台利用X- Server接口对MetaLib/SFX功能进行本地化开发的技术思路和实现方法,具体包括快速检索集检索和跨库检索的实现、检索功能的二次开发、用户认证、个性化空间、界面定制、SFX扩展服务的拆分等方面。X-Server, the interface of MetaLib, can be used to make a customization of MetaLib＆SFX for the convenience of users. On the basis of introducing the architecture and functions of X-Server, the paper expatiates the technical ideas and implementation methods of an exploratory localization application of MetaLib＆SFX basing on X-Server in the ＂one - stop＂ biomedical information services platform by institute of Medical Information/Medical library of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, including the following aspects： the implementation of quick retrieval and cross-database retrieval, secondary development of retrieval functions, user authentication, personalized space, interface customization, split of extensive services of SFX.
