摘　　要：对"弱势读者群"范围进行界定,分析该类群体信息心理,提出实现图书馆信息无障碍服务的途径,即增强为"弱势读者群"服务的意识,坚持"以人为本"、"平等"、"自由",变被动服务为主动服务,购置"弱势读者群"信息获取所需的设备,加强信息培训。The paper gives scope definition of the vulnerable reader groups, and analyzes their information psychology, and puts forward ways to realize information accessibility, that is to enhance service awareness to vulnerable reader groups, insist on people oriened, equality and freedom, change passive service to active service, purchase the devices which are needed by vulnerable reader groups, strengthen information trainings.
