摘　　要：未按主题词表(MeSH)要求标引主题词将在很大程度上影响期刊被美国《医学索引》等知名索引和数据库的收录,制约期刊国际化进程。现介绍使用主题词标引的原则、方法及注意事项。通过一些标引实例,探讨主题词表的使用方法。There are some papers which haven＇t been indexed according to Medical Subject Headings, this will affect the periodicals be included by famous indexes and databases and affect the international process of the periodicals. The paper introduces the indexing principles, methods and the points for attention when using subject headings, and discusses the usage of Medical Subject Headings by some examples.
