城镇稀疏地区的建设用地集约利用研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：本文从我国西部城镇稀疏地区的甘肃省近年来城镇建设用地利用现状入手,提出集约利用土地的总体评价体系和指标控制标准,分析城镇建设用地的集约利用潜力,并对如何促进城镇建设用地集约利用提出建议。Based on the actual state of land use for town construction of Gansu Province in western sparse town areas,the paper puts forward the overall system of land evaluation and the standard of index control for intensive use,analyzes the potential of the intensive use and gives some recommendations on how to promote intensive land use for town constructions.
