蒙药—珍珠丸对大鼠血瘀症模型血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察珍珠丸对急性血瘀症模型大鼠血液流变学的改变作用。方法采用反复注射肾上腺素和施以冰水浸泡的方法制作急性血瘀症模型大鼠,用全自动血流变学仪测定全血粘度和红细胞聚集指数等指标。结果珍珠丸对急性血瘀症模型大鼠异常改变的血液粘度、红细胞聚集指数均有明显的改善作用。结论珍珠丸具有明显改善急性血瘀症模型大鼠异常的血液流变学状态,明显抑制异常增高的血细胞聚集作用。Objective To observe the amelioration effects of zhenzhuwan on blood cell aggregation in acute blood-stasis model rats. Method The acute blood-stasis model rats were made by injection adrenaline repeatedly and soaked ice water. The various kinds of markers of whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation in the rats were measured with auto-viscometer. RESULTS It was abnormally increased on the effects of blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation and platelet aggregation in the acute blood-stasis model rats. Zhenzhuwan had amelioration effects on them. Conclusion zhenzhuwan can amelioration the hemorheology and bate the blood cell aggregation which were abnormal augmentation in acute blood-stasis model rats.
