摘  要:对MW级风力机液压变桨机构进行分析简化、运动学建模,并利用MATLAB软件进行可视化仿真,其结果表明该机构能够准确地实现0°~90°的桨距角变化。液压缸匀速运动阶段,机构变桨加速度比较小,液压缸变速阶段,机构变桨加速度比较大。对机构运动学建模时,将液压缸简化为带速度参数的滑块,并按照液压缸运动的先后次序分步建模的方法证明是可行的。The paper expounds how the model of the pitch - controlled mechanism of wind turbine is built, based on analyzing and simplifying the mechanism, and how it is visually simulated by means of MATLAB software. The simulating result shows that it is able to make the pitch angle vary between 0 and 90 degrees. The smaller acceleration of pitch angle variation occurs with the cylinder's uniform speed motion, and the greater with the variable speed motion. It is noted that the cylinder should be regarded as the slider with speed parameters in kinetic modeling and the cylinder's models should be built according to cylinder motion order. This modeling method is verified to be practicable.
