膝痛消熏洗配合低周波、超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膝痛消熏洗配合低周波、超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予低周波20min和超短波30min治疗,2种疗法均每周5次,连续治疗6周。治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加膝痛消熏洗治疗30min,每周5次,连续6周。2组均在治疗前后分别采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分量表,对疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值进行疗效评定。结果2组治疗前后疼痛、关节屈伸度、关节稳定度与上下楼梯分值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛、上下楼梯改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论膝痛消熏洗配合低周波、超短波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善关节稳定性,更好地促进患膝功能的康复和步行能力,进一步提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Washing with Chinese Medicine （Qitongxiao） plus physical factor for osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods 60 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomized into the treatment group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30）. The patients in control group received physiotherapy treatment of low cycle 20min and 30min FM. Patients in the treatment group received treatment including Washing with Chinese Medicine （Qitongxiao） 30 minutes plus physiotherapy. The course was 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. Lysholm knee scoring scale for pain, flexibility, extensibility and stabihty of joints and going up stairs and down stairs score was performed to evaluate effect in two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results Mter six weeks of treatment, there was significant difference between before and after treatment on pain, flexibility, extensibility and stability of joints and going up stairs and down stairs score in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Improvement of pain and going up stairs and down stairs in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Washing with Chinese herbal combined with physical factor can effectively ease the pain. improve joint stability, to promote the function of the knee rehabilitation and the ability to walk, to further improve the quality of life for patients.
