骨痹散熏蒸配合低周波治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症200例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察骨痹散熏蒸合低周波治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法将400例退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为2组,治疗组200例,采用骨痹散熏蒸(每日1次,每次30min)合低周波(每日1次,每次20min)治疗;对照组200例,采用温热磁场(每日1次,每次20min)合低周波治疗。2组均10d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组优良率、总有效率分别为85.0%、96.0%,对照组分别为77.0%、87.5%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组有效例数所用时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨痹散熏蒸治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of fumigating of Gubisan and lower periodicit therapy on lumbar spinal stenosis. Method 400 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of fumigating of Gubisan and lower periodicit therapy. Patients in control group were treated by thermy and heat magnetic therapy and lower periodicit therapy. The course of treatment is 10 days. Effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. Result The total effective rate and good rate of the treatment group is 96% and 85.0%, total effective rate and good rate of the control group is 87.5% and 77.0%. There is notable difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The course of treatment in treatment group is shorter than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of fumigating of Gubisan and lower periodicit therapy has significant ef- fect to lumbar spinal stenosis.
