摘  要:车前草菌核病是江西吉安车前草产区主要病害之一。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了凯润、苯醚甲环唑、甲基托布津、代森锰锌和三环唑5种杀菌剂对车前草菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的毒力,各药剂的EC50值依次为:0.035 0μg/mL、0.378 5μg/mL、6.989 8μg/mL、10.503 3μg/mL和137.006 8μg/mL,其中凯润对车前草菌核病菌的毒力最强。田间试验结果表明:凯润对车前草菌核病的防效最好,高达92.03%,甲基托布津也有较好的防效,为86.70%,而三环唑防效最差,仅为2.08%,其它2种药剂代森锰锌和苯醚甲环唑防效也不理想,依次为21.71%、5.27%。Plantain sclerotiniose is one of the most devastating diseases in the plantain - producing areas in Ji' an City of Jiangxi Province. The laboratory toxicities of Cabrio^TM, difenoconazole, Thiophanate methyl, Mancozeb and Tricyclazole against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were tested by using mycelial growth rate method, and the ECso values of these fungicides were 0. 035 0 μg/mL, 0.378 5 μg/mL, 6.989 8 μg/mL, 10.503 3 μg/mL and 137. 006 8 μg/mL, respectively. The field trials further revealed that CabrioTM and Thiophanate methyl had good control effects of 92.03% and 86.70%, while the control effects of Tricyclazole, difenoconazole and Mancozeb were only 2.08%, 5.27% and 21.71% respectively.
