摘  要:研究了聚丙烯纤维和羟乙基甲基纤维素对水泥砂浆塑性收缩开裂性能的影响。结果表明,掺加三叶形聚丙烯纤维能减小水泥砂浆的塑性收缩开裂;随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增大,水泥砂浆的开裂总权值先减小后增大,在掺量为0.2%时达到最小值。掺加羟乙基甲基纤维素能够减小水泥砂浆塑性开裂总权值。复掺三叶形聚丙烯纤维和羟乙基甲基纤维素能够显著降低水泥砂浆的塑性收缩开裂,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%、羟乙基甲基纤维素掺量为0.10%时能完全消除砂浆的塑性收缩开裂。The effects of polypmpylene fiber (PP) and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose (M) on plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar were studied. The experimental results show that trefoil PP decreases the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar. With the increase of volume fraction of PP,the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar decreases firstly and then increases which reaches the lowest value with the fiber volume fraction of 0.20%. M also decreases the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar. And when trefoil PP and M mix into cement mortar, they will remarkably reduce the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar. Especially when the amount of M and PP are 0.10% and 0.2% respectively,the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar can be fully avoided.
