摘  要:对粉煤灰进行粒度组成分析,再将其磨细、活化。对比原样与磨细、活化后的试样在不同的掺量下,对制备粉煤灰烧结多孔砖泥料可塑性指数的影响。研究结果表明,粉煤灰的粒度组成对泥料可塑性的影响非常大;磨细、活化后的粉煤灰,在掺量不变的前提下,可塑性指数大幅度提高;在成型对可塑性指数要求确定的前提下,粉煤灰掺量可大幅度提高。通过分析,在同样掺量情况下粉煤灰磨细后泥料可塑性指数可提高20%~90%。The particle size composition of fly ash were analyzed, then ground and activated. The influence of samples with different content of which one was original and the other was ground and activated on plasticity index of prepared fly ash sintered hollow brick pug was compared. The study results show that the particle size composition of fly ash has great influence on plasticity of the pug. The ground and activated fly ash can greatly increase the plasticity index under the precondition of constant content. The content of fly ash can be greatly increased under the prerequisite of plasticity index requirement for forming is determined. The analysis indicates that under the condition of same flu ash content plasticity index of the pug can be increased by 20%-90% after the fly ash is ground.
