摘　　要：在分析陕西工业产业特征基础上,根据主导产业理论和主导产业的特征,建立了主导产业评价指标体系,进一步应用非参数的DEA模型对陕西省主要八大工业产业做了有效性分析,从而确定了陕西省工业主导产业。Preferentially developing dominant industry is an effective strategic countermeasure to optimize the industrial structure of Shaanxi province. Based on the analysis of the industrial structural characteristics of Shaanxi province, according to the dominant industrial theory and dominant industry＇ s characteristics, the evaluation index system of the dominant industry has been established. Further, by applying the non - parameter DEA model, it deals with analysis of effectiveness on the eight biggest industries of Shaanxi province. Finally, it has found out the dominant industry of Shaanxi province.
