摘 要:提出了一种应用于高压大功率场合的新型电流型移相控制ZCS-PWM型DC/DC全桥变换器。辅助电路与变压器初级串联,由电容和两个辅助开关构成。用它代替传统移相控制ZCS-PWM型DC/DC全桥变换器中与变压器绕组并联的电容,旨在减少开关损耗及避免传统变换器存在的电流占空比丢失等。主开关管和辅助开关管均能在全范围输入和负载内实现软开关。分析了其工作原理、辅助电路电容的选择等,最后进行了20kHz,1.2kW的原理样机验证。This paper presents a novel current fed phase shift full-bridge ZCS-PWM DC/DC converter,which is suitable for high-voltage and high power application.An auxiliary circuit formed by two auxiliary switches and one capacitor is series with the primary of transformer.h replaces the capacitor which is in parallel with the transformer in conventional phaseshift full-bridge ZCS-PWM converter, aiming at reducing switching losses and eliminating secondary current duty cycle loss in conventional converters and so on.This paper analyses its operation principles, the choice of the auxiliary capacitor etc., and finally verifies it in 20 kHz, 1.2 kW experimental circuit.
