黄河入海流路改走北汊1时机分析研究

摘　　要：从黄河现行入海流路的演变发展及近期北汊河的基本情况来看，清7断面以下现行流路的行河年限比原规划的要延长。在控制西河口水位不超过12．00m，确保防洪安全，并兼顾河口地区工农业发展及油田开采的基础上，总结河口治理措施，尽量延长清7以下河道行河年限，稳定黄河入海流路，科学掌握改汊时机，避免过早或意外地改走北汊1。It can be seen from the evolution and development of the Yellow River channel into the sea and present basic conditions in north branches that there will be longer period for river flowing through the current channel lower of Qing No. 7 than original planning. On the basis of controlling water level of Xihekou below 12 m for flood prevention safety and benifit on industry and agriculture development and oil field exploitation in the area of the mouth Of the Yellow River. It is suggested that in order to stabilize the flowing channel of the Yellow River into the sea the Period of current channel lower of Qing No. 7 for water flowing should be kept as long as possible, the channel change opportunity should be controlled scientifically and the experience of harnessing river mouths should be summed up to avoid the river channel being changed into No. 1 of north branches by channel change or by any chance.
