摘 要:目的探讨用注射用L丙-氨酰-L谷-氨酰胺(LALG)强化的肠外营养对外科患者营养支持的应用价值。方法将36例外科患者随机分为两组各18例,对照组单纯给予静脉营养,治疗组除给予静脉营养外,按1.5 mL.kg-1补充LALG。分别在静脉营养治疗的前1天、治疗后第4,7,14天测定氮平衡、营养指标、免疫功能指标。结果氮平衡、营养指标、免疫功能指标均明显增高,但治疗组增高更明显;患者耐受性指标中,治疗组无显著变化,对照组则出现血葡萄糖和总胆红素升高。结论用注射用LALG强化比单纯的肠外营养更能明显改善外科手术患者的营养状况和免疫功能,提高患者的耐受性。Objective To evaluate the effects of L-alanyl-L-glutamine (LALG) intensified parenteral nutrition support in critically ill surgical patients. Methods 36 patients were randomizedly divided into two groups:control group (n = 18 ) received only parenteral nutrition, intensified treatment group ( n = 18 ) received parenteral nutrition and LALG . Immune functions and patient tolerance were determined at pre-treatment and 4^th, 7^th, 14^th days after treatment. Results 7 day's treatment, the patients in two groups all turned from negative nitrogen balance to positive nitrogen balance. The nutrition and immune functions parameters increased significantly in both groups especially in LALG group. Blood glucose and total bilirubin increased obviously in control group rather than in LALG group. Conclusion LALG intensified parenteral nutrition has better effects on improvement of the nutrition and immune functions with a better tolerance
