复方氨酚烷胺片的近红外漫反射光谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的采用近红外漫反射光谱法对不同厂家生产的复方氨酚烷胺片进行快速鉴别分析。方法对来源于18个不同厂家的37批样品分别采集近红外漫反射光谱,用于建立鉴别模型,以其中10个不同厂家的为23批样品(包括6批假药)组成验证集,用以检验模型的判别效果和准确性。结果所建立的鉴别模型对验证集中的样品能够作出准确无误的判别。结论该方法简便快速,准确有效,可作为现场监督检查该类假劣药的有效方法。Objective To identify compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. Methods NIR spectra of 37 samples from different batches of 18 factories was collected to form the calibration set to build the indentificafion model, and the other spectra of 23 samples from different batches of 10 factories including 6 batches false drugs were used to validate the performance of the model. Results The results show that the model can distinguish all samples from 10 different factories actually. Conclusion The method is convenient, fast and thus, can be used to detect the false drugs on the spot check-up.
