摘 要:采用在蜗板外衬贴吸声材料,并在吸声材料与外层隔板之间设置空腔的方法对某前向离心风机进行了蜗壳吸声降噪的试验测量,分析了不同转速、不同的吸声材料厚度和空腔厚度对吸声蜗壳降噪效果的影响.此外,还进行了吸声蜗壳与倾斜蜗舌2种降噪措施的叠加降噪试验.试验结果表明:与原风机相比,在整个运行工况范围内,使用吸声蜗壳后,风机的气动性能都略有下降;增加吸声材料与空腔厚度有利于提高吸声蜗壳的降噪效果,但吸声材料厚度和空腔厚度过大时对降噪效果的提高并不明显;在流量较小的工况下,吸声蜗壳的降噪效果相对较好,同时使用吸声蜗壳与倾斜蜗舌2种降噪措施可以取得一定的叠加降噪效果.A noise reduction experiment was conducted on a forward swept centrifugal fan with absorption material and cavity in its volute. The influence of different thickness of absorption material and cavity on the noise reduction of the sound-absorption volute at different speed was analyzed. A superimposed noise reduction test of the volute combined with an incline tongue was performed. Experimental results show that the aerodynamic performance of the modified fan is decreased slightly compared with that of the original fan. However, the sound absorption property of the volute is improved with the increase of the thickness of absorption material or cavity in a certain range of the thickness, especially at smaller flow rate or lower speed. The combination of absorption material and cavity in the volute with the incline tongue will lead to superimposed noise reduction.
