摘 要:通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与聚氨酯(PU)种子乳液共聚合成了水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,然后用氨基树脂(HMMM)对其进行交联,并对HMMM改性的PUA复合乳液的性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备稳定的PUA复合乳液适宜的MMA质量分数约为20%,PUA复合乳液涂膜的玻璃化转变温度随HMMM用量的增加而升高,于120℃固化30 min的乳液涂膜比室温固化的涂膜表面更加光滑。Waterborne polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) complex emulsion was prepared by seeded emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polyurethane, followed by curing with hexamethoxy methyl melamine ( HMMM ) , and the properties of PUA complex emulsion were investigated. The results showed that the stable PUA complex emulsion could be obtained when the mass fraction of MMA was about 20%. The glass transition temperature of PUA complex emulsion increased with increasing HMMM amount. The surface of the PUA film cured at 120 ℃ for 30 min was much smoother than that cured at room temperature.
