摘  要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)为交联剂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,合成了具有球形结构的自交联反应性丙烯酸酯类微凝胶乳液,并对其结构、性能以及涂膜的性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成的产物是带有悬吊双键及环氧基团的球形自交联反应性丙烯酸酯类微凝胶乳液,其粒径在40~50 nm,呈假塑性;当TMPTMA的质量分数为3%~6%、MAA的质量分数为3.00%~5.00%时,热处理后涂膜的耐水性和力学性能最佳。The self-crosslinked reactive acrylate microgel latex with globular structure was synthesized by semicontinuous seeding emulsion polymerization with trimethylol propane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA) as crosslinker, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomers. The structure and properties of the microgel latex and the properties of its film were investigated. The results showed that the self-crosslinked reactive microgel latex conrained dangling double bond and epoxy group and with average particle size of 40 - 50 nm could be obtained and it was a kind of pseudoplastic fluid. When the mass fraction of TMPTMA and MAA was 3% -6% and 3.00% -5.00% respectively, the heat treated film had optimal water resistance and mechanical properties.
