摘 要:采用双毛细管流变仪研究了聚烯烃弹性体乙烯-辛烯共聚物Engage 8003、8150和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)Nordel IP 3722 P、3745 P在高速挤出时的流动规律及挤出畸变特征,定量描述了鲨鱼皮畸变、挤出压力振荡等不稳定流动现象。结果表明,Engage和EPDM Nordel IP在高速挤出时均出现有规畸变;且在相同的挤出速率下,Engage 8003较Engage 8150具有更佳的挤出物外观;高速挤出时,NordelIP 3745 P出现时黏时滑现象,挤出压力发生有规振荡,流动曲线发生断裂。The high speed theological behavior and extrusion distortion of polyolefin elastomer ethylene-octene copolymer Engage (brand 8003 and 8150) and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer Nordel IP (brand 3722 P and 3745 P) were studied through a double capillary rheometer. Unstable flow phenomena such as shark-skin melt fracture, extrusion pressure oscillation were described quantitatively. The results showed that shark-skin melts fracture occurred both in Engage and Nordel IP at high speed flow field. Compared Engage 8003 with Engage 8150, the extrudate appearance of Engage 8003 was better under the same condition because of its less oetene content. In compared to Nordel IP 3722 P, phenomena of sometimes smooth and sometimes viscous for Nordel IP 3745 P melt occurred when it extruded at high speed, and its flow curve had a break at the pressure oscillation.
