摘　　要：长期以来,我国忽视了对企业集团专利管理模式的研究。传统专利管理模式在集团内部确定专利权归属、利益分享以及执行职务发明人或设计人奖酬制度方面存在着一些问题。专利信托通过外部管理和集中管理的方式,可以在一定程度上解决这些问题。在一定条件下运用专利信托管理专利,可以提高企业集团专利管理效率。An important manifestation of lacking innovation capacity is poor capacity of managing patent in Chinese Business Groups. We always neglect the for a long time. According to traditional model research on patent management model in a Business Group determine ownership of patent and share interest of patent management, there are some problems how to as well as pay reasonable remuneration for employee＇s patent in a Business Group. Patent trust can solve these problems in some ways by external management and collective management. The use of patent trust for patent management can improve efficiency of patent management under certain conditions
