摘  要:通过根袋法盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度Cd处理对水稻根际土壤基础呼吸作用、土壤酶活和微生物的影响。结果表明,水稻生长40 d时,施Cd后土壤呼吸作用强度增加。过氧化氢酶无明显变化,脲酶和蔗糖酶低促高抑,Cd胁迫下酶活性变化幅度为蔗糖酶>脲酶>过氧化氢酶。随着Cd浓度的变化,好氧微生物真菌和放线菌数量先增加后降低,细菌数量缓慢增加;Cd胁迫抑制率为放线菌>真菌>细菌。The basic respiration rate, enzyme activity, rhizosphere microbes in rice rhizosphere soil was determined at 40d after transplant of rice seedlings under the pot experiment with different Cd concentration to study effects of different Cd concentration on basic respiration rate, enzyme activity, rhizosphere microbes in rice rhizosphere soil. The results show that Cd increases soil respiration rate, Cd has no effect on activity of catalase, the activity of urease and invertase is increased and inhibited under low Cd concentration and high Cd concentration respectively, the change range of enzyme activity is invertase〉 urease〉catalase under Cd stress, the amount of aerobic fungi and antinomyces first increases and then decreases with increase of Cd concentration, Cd significantly increases bacteria amount, and the inhibition rate of microorganism is antinomyces aerobic fungi〉aerobic bacteria under Cd stress.
