摘 要:在圆柱滚子轴承中由于空心滚动体可以吸收振动、避免发生边缘应力集中以及降低高速转动时的离心力,因此,对圆柱滚子轴承的滚动体空心进行了优化分析,建立了空心滚动体的参数化模型,在ANSYS软件中进行有限元结果分析,得到滚子的位移、应力变化分布图。应用ANSYS优化分析模块,对滚子几何尺寸进行了优化,得到了以质量最轻为目标,以满足强度、刚度条件的空心滚动体的尺寸。In the cylindrical roller bearings, as the roiling hollow body can absorb vibration, avoid the edge stress as well as can reduce stress concentration of high - speed rotation when the centrifugal force, it is reasonable to carry out the hollow - optimization analysis of a cylindrical roller bearings rolling. The establishment of hollow - rolling parameters of the model in AN- SYS software carry out the finite element analysis, which can obtain the results of the change of the roller in stress and displacement distribution. The application of ANSYS optimization an'alysis module optimizes the miler geometry, which can obtain the minimum quality of rolling hollow body and the size that also meet the strength and stiffness of the roiling hollow body.
