摘　　要：分析了采用C650改造车床镗削立柱缸的工艺可行性。并针对立柱缸的结构及技术要求,提出了立柱外缸加工实施方案,以保证构件获得良好的加工质量。并从降低产品成本,节约降耗等方面,阐述该加工工艺的经济性和优越性。In this paper, the first is that the auther analyzes the feasibility of the technics with using C650 to reform the cylinder of hydraulic legs for lather. Then aiming at the asking of construction and techniques and in order to ensure the better quahty of product, the processing proctiee project is put forward for the outside cylinder of hydrautie legs. The reality meaning of economic and superior is also expounded based on lowing the product cost and saving the consume using such preessing reform.
