摘  要:目的:观察葛根、黄精、桑寄生、仙茅、枸脊、鸡血藤醇提物对胎鼠体外尺骨和挠骨生长的影响,初步筛选具有抗骨质疏松症活性的单味中药。方法:用16 d胎龄的胎鼠尺骨和挠骨,置于含BGJ培养基的培养瓶中,分别加入中药提取物,通入CO2、N2和O2混合气体,密闭后在旋转装置上培养48 h,测量骨长度。结果:与空白组比较,葛根在测试的高、中质量浓度组(P<0.01)、低质量浓度(P<0.05)有促进骨生长作用;狗脊和仙茅的高、中质量浓度有促进骨生长作用(P<0.01);鸡血藤的高质量浓度(P<0.01)、中质量浓度(P<0.05)、桑寄生的高质量浓度(P<0.01)对胎鼠尺骨和挠骨的生长有促进作用;黄精在实验质量浓度下对胎鼠骨生长无促进作用。结论:用胎鼠体外骨培养模型可观察到测试中药提取物对骨生长的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of extracts of radix puerariae, solomonseal rhizome, Chinese taxillus twig, common curculigo rhizome, rhizome cibotii, caulis spatholobi on the growth of ulna and radius of fetal rat in vitro, and then one Chinese medicine which is active to be against bone loose was screened out. Methods: Ulna and radius of 16 day fetal rats were cultured in BGJ cultivation medium in vitro and Chinese medicine extracts were added into the culture bottle respectively, with the mixture of CO2 ,N2 and 05 in sealed environment, Ulna and radius were cultivated for 48h by spinning device. The length of bones was measured. Results:Compared with the control group, the length of bones which are in radix puerariae solution -concentration high or medium (P 〈 0.01 ), low( P 〈 0.05); in Chinese taxillus solution-concentration 0.01), medium(P 〈 0.05) ; high and medium ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; in caulis spatholobi solution-concentration high ( P 〈 in Chinese taxillus twig solution-concentration high (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:The extracts of the Chinese medicines in test are effective on bone growth .
