摘　　要：许多人都经历过由于没有实践的指导而导致的项目噩梦,这种恐惧激发了创建一个过程来约束行动的想法。通过总结研究生期间参与的5个项目,针对研究生在项目开发中的特点,在研究团队建设、开发模型、开发方式和系统整合的基础上,提出一种适合研究生的团队开发方法,提升了研究生的理论和技术水平,提高了项目开发的速度和稳定性。Abs Many people have experienced the project nightmare due to the absence of practical guidance, which inspires the creation of a process program to supervise the actions in process. The experiences from the five projects which the writers of the paper participated in during their postgraduate study are studied. With reference to the features of graduate students＇ project development, a development method for postgraduate team is put forward on the basis of the research in team building, model and means developing, and systems integrating. It will raise the theoretical and technical level of postgraduates, and at the same time it also will improve the speed and stability of project development.
