摘  要:采用自制的甲基丙烯酰多羟基倍半硅氧烷(MPMS-SSO)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)制得块体PMMA/MPMS-SSO杂化材料。通过透射电镜、差热分析、热重和红外吸收光谱表征了杂化材料的的微观结构和热性能。结果表明,杂化材料的热性能有明显提高,玻璃化转变温度比纯PMMA提高约57℃,分解温度提高约112℃;杂化体系不是简单的物理混合,两相之间存在共价键,形成了均一体系,杂化材料的透光率达到85%。PMMA/MPMS -SSO hybrid materials were derived from methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane based silsesquioxane (MPMS -SSO) and MMA. The microstructure and thermal properties of hybrid materials were characterized by TEM, DSC, TG and FTIR. The result indicated that the incorporation of MPMS - SSO could improve the thermal properties of PMMA/MPMS - SSO nanocomposites significantly. The glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature of the hybrid material were increased by 57℃ and 112℃ respectively. The hybrid system was not formed by simple physical blending, but through covalent bonds between organic phase and inorganic phase. Thus a homogeneous inter - penetrated network was formed. The transmittance rate of the hybrid materials was 85 %.
