摘  要:以多晶硅生产中的副产物四氯化硅为原料,在碱性溶液中制备了二氧化硅。研究了碱性溶液种类、浓度以及后处理、表面活性剂对于二氧化硅性能的影响。结果表明,采用氢氧化钠质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠水溶液时,二氧化硅邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的吸附值为2.92mL/g,一次粒子直径在20nm左右,BET比表面积为260.382m2/g;不论采用何种碱液,随着碱液浓度的增大,二氧化硅的DBP吸附值都减小,相应的粒子直径也都增大;正丁醇恒沸蒸馏处理可较大幅度提高二氧化硅的DBP吸附值;制备过程中表面活性剂的加入只能一定程度上提高产品二氧化硅的DBP吸附值。Silicon dioxide was prepared using silicon tetrachloride and alkaline solution, where the silicon tetrachloride was obtained from the byproduct of polysilicon production. The effects of the types of alkaline solution,its concentration, post production processes and surfactant on the properties of silicon dioxide were studied in this article. The results showed that the DBP adsorption number was 2.92 mL/g, average particle diameter was about 20 nm, BET specific area was 260. 382 m^2/g when 5% NaOH was used as raw materials, No matter which alkaline solution was used, as its concentration increased, the DBP adsorption value of the silicon dioxide decreased, and the particle diameter increased as well ; the use of azeotropie distillation of n - butyl alcohol could increase the DBP adsorption significantly; and use of surfactant during the preparation process had limited eftect on the DBP adsorption of silicon dioxide.
