纳米Co-B空心球的制备及其催化性能研究

摘  要:采用新颖的模板法制备了具有较大比表面积的纳米Co-B空心球,并用XRD、TEM和BET对其结构和形貌进行了表征,研究表明,制备出的Co-B空心球为非晶态、分散性良好且粒径约为100 nm、比表面积高达84.62 m2/g。另外,采用DTA研究了Co-B空心球对AP热分解的催化性能,研究发现,Co-B空心球对AP的热分解具有很好的催化活性,添加5%时可使其高温分解峰峰温降低160.5℃,表观分解热增加0.855 kJ/g。Monodisperse Co-B hollow nanospheres were obtained by means of a novel template method. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and BET. Then the catalytic properties of the hollow nanospheres on the thermal decomposition of AP were studied by DTA. The results show that the Co-B hollow nanospheres are amorphous, well-monedispersed, and the size of the nano- spheres is about 100 nm and the BET surface area reaches 84.62 m2/g. Co-B hollow nanospheres have good catalytic activity on the thermal decomposition of AP. In presence of Co-B hollow nanospheres with the content 5% by weight, the second exothermic decomposition temperature of AP decreases by 160.5 ℃,and the apparent decomposition heat increass by 0. 855 kJ/g.
